Since its inception, the foundation has implemented several initiatives
aimed at improving education and healthcare access.
Scholarship Grants Program
Our Scholarship Grants Program supports students from underserved communities by providing financial assistance to those attending high schools and tertiary institutions.
Early Childhood Education Support
To strengthen early childhood education, the foundation funded and constructed an additional wing at the Hibernia Early Childhood Institution (Basic School).
Computer Lab Initiative
Recognizing the importance of technology in modern education, the foundation established fully equipped computer labs at Bethany Primary School and Devon Primary School.
Student Technology Assistance
Through the Student Technology Assistance initiative, the foundation provides laptops and tablets to students who lack access to personal learning devices.
Medical Equipment & Supplies Donations
The foundation actively supports healthcare facilities by donating essential medical equipment and supplies to Christiana Health Center, Spauldings Hospital, and Mandeville Hospital.
Disaster Relief Support
In response to the Category 5 hurricane that impacted Jamaica in October 2025, the foundation organized a comprehensive disaster relief effort to support affected communities.

Memorial Fund
The Rachel Dixon Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization that was conceptualized and established in 2008. The foundation is located at 17401 SW 142 Ct, Miami, Florida 33177 and is guided by a dedicated team of directors committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
